Creating the cover for Maestro and Tidldibab was a journey through global design laws, bestseller trends, and lessons learned from twenty designers. From failed concepts to discovering Žiga Korent — a rare blend of creativity, vision, and precision — the final minimalist cover, rooted in the Japanese concept of “ma,” emerged as the unanimous favorite among readers.

How Maestro and Tidldibab was born is a story of trust, research, and creative transformation. From 60 recorded conversations with Ljuben Dimkaroski to years of archaeological and musical exploration, the book evolved from a planned biography into a multi-layered novel. Five publishers responded positively, and Lux&Rosen embraced the vision to bring it into 30 languages worldwide.
